  I have always thought highly of my experiences with Bank of the West. However, today was a different story. Worst customer service. No calls back. I was unable to deposit my husbands check into my account after he signed it over to me. Really?

  Carroll-Lewellen and the staff were the best in the world. Everything from our first contact with them to the Slide Show and Memorial Flyers for our grandmother. We can not say enough nice things about them. We would recommend them to anyone who asks us. Thank you to Heath Carroll and your family for helping us with such a hard time. God Bless you all.

  This guy is absolutely outstanding!!!! SUPER friendly and VERY professional in every possible way. Bankruptcy is a bad experience for everyone but Bill makes it so smooth and easy to handle at a great price. Bill is not some greedy late night TV attorney , he puts all your options on the table and helps you decide if bankruptcy is the best option or not. I lost my discharge paperwork and needed it like 2 yeas after I filed and I was able to pick it up in his office the very next day at NO COST to me. I would highly recommend going straight to his office for a free consultation and some great advice. I am actually embarrased it took me this long to write this review.   Handed in our materials by her deadline to have my 2016 taxes submitted by tax day. A few weeks later, her staff let me know that they would not be completed on time and they will need to file an extension. I'm like "ok, but I know we owe a lot and I don't want to be penalized for late payment or any interest due to the fact that you couldn't finish our taxes when you said they'd be finished." They offered to do a quick look at the basics and gave me a payment amount to avoid any penalties. I paid the amount, and figured all was fine. TODAY, I am alerted our taxes are done, and I owe another $5000. This should have easily been avoided since even I knew based on our income this year that we wouldn't qualify for the child tax credit or student loan interest deductions (which is where this extra $5k is coming from). So now I have to pay penalties and interest because Jenny L Baker CPA PC took 4 months longer to finish my taxes than she promised. To be fair, she did say she'd pay half of my penalty/interest, but why wouldn't she be responsible for all of it? She promised to file my taxes by April 18, 2017 and we're at August 24, 2017 and only today finished my return. *STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS
